GROUND LEVEL: Layout
Street level main entrance with lobby. There is a private break/lunch room complete with running water, sink,
refrigerator, stove, cupboards and counter space. The main work area
has access to the basement. The
basement is suitable for general storage, but could be renovated for other
uses. Two handicap accessible bathrooms are
located in the common area hallway at the rear of the building. They
both meet ADA requirements. |
